While still serving as a solution architect on the VCG P&E team, the opportunity presented itself to take on an additional role/responsibility within the group, that of an agile product owner - the responsibilities of the agile product owner was to manage one of two Agile Core Teams (ACTs) that implemented all personalized propositions and model builds within the P&E umbrella, this specific ACT focusing on collaborating with VBM/DMBM on unassisted digital flows (MVO, MVA, Support, Chatbot, Text, Email, etc) - the agile product owner (PO) responsibilities fall into two categories, manage/leading the daily/recurring ceremonies of the ACT (daily touchpoints, refinement/grooming session, sprint planning, etc) as well as to manage the overall health of the ACT, both from a work throughput perspective as well as a team cohesiveness perspective - the idea being that a mentally healthy and happy ACT is a more productive ACT

As part of the VCG P&E team, brought numerous propositions and personalized experience initiatives, driven by adaptive big data modeling, machine learning, as well as closely integrated with PEGA CJCM/BPM, to multichannel solutions (MVO, MVA, ACSS, IVR, MyInfo, etc) - the responsibilities of the solution architect in this endeavor is to work with initiating business partners to bring their goals into actionable customer experiences by crafting either boolean logical flows with multiple rulesets or working with AI&D to craft adaptive models utilizing sometimes thousands of data points - the solution architect overseas everything from writing initial JIRA stories, to crafting the qualifying logic, to assisting the model build, and even coordinating our reporting feedback loop

Chosen to be the vanguard for new requirements gathering/writing group working to further integrate the agile methodology within the greater Digital Ops organization – responsible for ecommerce sales side user story generation and JIRA story management throughout the agile lifecycle, from ideation to grooming, through implementation and UAT

Managed a multitude of concurrent digital projects ranging from small scale one page websites, to large scale educational initiatives for Fortune 500 pharmaceutical companies - assisted clients in understanding their needs from a digital perspective and crafted solutions to meet those needs - gathered initial requirements, created documentation for development assets and worked closely with them throughout the SDLC - involved in everything project related from timelines to budgets, project planning to resource scheduling, UI/UX design as well as technical implementation and content management using SharePoint

Remotely maintained content/graphics for over 100 sites globally, each with an individual style, industry, and purpose - worked closely with marketing employees to facilitate their marketing objective on each site - maintained and updated registration/billing information using a proprietary software package.
