As the Regional Coordinator within the Young Enterprise department at the Auckland Business Chamber, I work with over 1,900 high school students from over 60 colleges in Auckland to support them through the Young Enterprise Scheme. The scheme fosters the idea of innovation, growth and entrepreneurship. Students compete across Auckland and nationally throughout the year in a scheme that mimics the start-up business lifecycle. They're expected to validate, pitch, promote, and sell their product or services while completing high school alongside the scheme.I support our students to conceive their business idea and follow along on their journey while running events, managing sponsors, and finding mentors to enhance their experience in the scheme.

As the Aquatics Coordinator at CLM, my role was to manage aquatic departments at facilities and ensure they remained supported and adequately trained to fulfil their job roles. Aquatics departments tend to include multiple levels of job roles, from lifeguards and supervisor lifeguards, to team leaders and assistant coordinators. Within the role, I was directly responsible for Parnell Baths, where I directly managed the hiring, training, rostering and budgeting of a department of 35+ employees, and indirectly of 10+. The role ensured that the facility was kept running, with communication through multiple levels of the aquatics department, with a focus on upskilling current senior staff to better maintain pool treatment facilities.New Zealand Certificate in Aquatics (Level 3) certified.

While being the Aquatics Team Leader at CLM, my role was to bridge the gap between the Senior Management of the facilities and the aquatics teams.I was the team lead at Parnell Baths, one of CLM's busiest seasonal facilities, overseeing over 25 aquatics team members and operational management of the facility. I worked closely with the Facility Manager and Aquatics Coordinator to ensure routine maintenance of the facility was completed, qualifications of lifeguards were kept up to date, and continuous training of team members.
