The passion for management has derived from my ability to lead within my roles in my working career. The mindset was implemented not by choice but by design, pushing and motivating me to be the best version of myself while prioritizing the task at hand. My ability and skillset, with descriptive traits such as team-leader, personable, hard worker and extrovert are ones that will be an asset to any team. Through my time in both my academic career and work setting, experience has come second nature. Working both in the classroom and at both jobs, I've learned to insert my skillset into my daily routine.
