I have owned a number of businesses and have worked as a consultant in a number of industries. The variety of experiences I have accrued give me a broader understanding of the business environment and strategic partnerships required to succeed than a more direct career path would allow. The positions I have held from 1987 through the present have required the knowledge and implementation of business tools in the areas of sales/marketing, financial management and human resource management. Having been involved with both start-up firms and existing firms, I understand organizational development from the ground floor and have acted as change agent, start-up consultant and auditor for many small firms.
