Gripple is a global manufacturer of Construction Suspension Systems for MEP Services.Act as the voice of the customer for Gripple USA within the global business.Understand and interpret customer needs, develop commercial proposition, costing targets and pricing proposals. Create business cases and design briefs for New Product Requests.Preview prototypes with customers & sales to gather & collate feedback on NPD projectsDevelop product roadmaps for future development in line with company strategic marketsIdentify marketing collateral requirements from Sales team and assist US Marketing team with developmentUnderstand all regulatory requirements for various markets. Coordinate with Technical Team on approvals and testing for new and existing products (UL, ICC, IAPMO, SMACNA, Fire Rating)Project manage launches from concept to launch. Coordinate with USA Supply Chain, Operations on implementation of new products into the manufacturing/supply chain/warehouse.Provide tailored new product training for Sales, Customer Service, Technical and Operations teamsAct as product expert for 60+ team member Sales team across US. Answer product inquiries, assist Sales in communications with customers, coordinate with US & UK Teams to resolve issues.Have a technical understanding of various construction methods including MEP service suspension, Seismic, Concrete, Pre-fabrication, BIM Modeling. Interpret building code requirements on these methods for NPD. Control of all Construction portfolio pricing including creation of customer-facing price lists, recommending margins on OEM and all custom product, conducting labor and manufacturing trials to determine costs on new product.Create periodic Sales reports tracking new and focus product performanceAnalysis of BI data to determine existing product performance and recommend products to develop and invest in. Successfully created various Power BI reports utilizing ERP & CRM data.Continuously gather market intelligence
