I am responsible for developing, retaining and fostering mutually beneficial relationships with other professionals. The goal is to secure client relationships by providing an all-inclusive transaction and positive Home Lending experience. My target audience for referrals is Realtors, Accountants, Insurance Agents, Bankers, Business Owners and other professionals in an influential role. I seek to develop relationships with decision makers in order to present a specialized business-to-business program benefiting the employees of said company. I educate my clients on each step of the home buying process; teaching them when and how to use Real Estate as a financial vehicle to build wealth. I perform a complete financial analysis on each client, which includes dissecting their credit profile, considering his or her short-term and long-term goals, and making the appropriate recommendations based on my research.

I was responsible for the overall performance of the branch, and contributing towards the greater success of the Region. I oversaw hiring, firing, training and salary for 11 direct reports, and was directly accountable for the deepening and growth of 14 Key-Point-Indicators, which affected the overall profitability of my office. I managed the bottom line revenue and lead momentous growth year-over-year. When I was first promoted into this role, I acquired an office that had previously shown a history of under-performance. With a dedicated and thorough approach that focused on Small Business clients and employee goal-setting and engagement, I was able to lift the branch to a top 10% producing branch in the entire footprint. I spent 50% of my time in the community targeting and converting Small Business banking and lending relationships. The other 50% was spent focusing on my employees and their personal development. In my first year as a manager I was responsible for the largest Small Business production net growth; $3.8 Million. A large portion of my success can be attributed to creating ongoing referral relationships with the other business lines within the bank. I sat on the District Leadership Board and worked with the company’s Executive Team to create an incentive plan for a production tracking report for managers.

I was selected out of a large pool of candidates, in a highly competitive interview process to become a leader within US Bank. As a Leader Trainee I was tasked with learning every facet of retail banking and banking fundamentals. This was done by on the job training paired with college level course work and testing. I performed each and every job function with a great level of mastery and understanding. I lead several projects for the bank’s Executive Team which included implementation of a Microsoft Excel based performance evaluating tool, still being utilized today. The program was to last 3 years; I was selected to exit early and accept a management position based on my ability to learn quickly and apply what I’ve learned to everyday job functions.
