Integral part of the North America DTC Supply Chain team performing analyst functions to support DTC Supply Chain FY15 initiatives. Responsible for: maintenance of DTC Supply Chain scorecards, weekly reporting and inventory turns/ SKU metrics to support day to day (D2D) work and future network strategy modeling, daily communication and monitoring of DTC store issues related to shipments. I utilize Cognos reporting to monitor DC shipments and key metrics on a daily basis. Take the data from Cognos and input into excel tables that have been created to visually show how we are preforming against targets that DTC Supply Chain has set.Lead on DTC supply chain program monthly communications to ensure that DTC WHQ and stores have all necessary information to support large North America program implementation and maintaining a direct relationship with program communication directors to ensure continuity with program messaging. This story-telling now happens quarterly and is an integral part of DTC inventory management and best practices. Also built the process for Nike stores to do shipment quality audits to identify issues from Nike distribution centers and communicated these issues to key business partners.
