A reformed and award-winning ex-journalist & broadcaster, TEDx speaker, best-selling author, along with a few other diverse roles, turned multi-award-winning entrepreneur.Also a former discus and wellington boot throwing champion who's been held at gunpoint by angry men in ugly situations; carried out an undercover exposé of a multi-million pound fraud; infiltrated a swingers’ orgy (professionally!); cycled solo and unsupported from one end of Great Britain to the other (for children's charities); mentored young criminals for a charity; and who's almost met a sticky end on a few occasions...when motorbiking through Europe, while qualifying as a paraglider pilot in the UK and also while mountaineering on one of the Seven Summits in New Guinea. But, who still made it back in time for afternoon tea (with lots of cakes, naturally).
