Assisted department managers in training and supervising newly hired cashiers, efficiently processed returns and order pickups, and worked with stock team to ensure items on the floor were counted correct. Managed cash and credit sales transactions, informed customers about sales and future events.

Enforced pool regulations and policies to maintain a safe pool environment for members. Organized equipment and swim gear in the appropriate closets and contains to ensure cleanliness. Refreshed CPR and other lifesaving skills 1x a month. Supervised swimming activities in both pools and gave advice on water safety.

Taught and trained swimmers ages 2-11 on basic swimming fundamentals and techniques, including freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. Taught the older kids ages 7-11 in groups of 3-5 how to kick in all strokes, do a flip turn, dive with adequate technique.
