I lead a team at Dalriada managing schemes suspected by the Pensions Regulator of being involved in pension liberation or are pension scams, and where tPR has exercised its power to appoint an independent professional trustee.

Whilst my background is occupational benefits administration and consultancy, I am currently overseeing the deployment of a number of major IT initiatives for Spence & Partners, including document management and a revamped website.

I worked within the administration practice, based in the Manchester office, heading up the Manchester administration team from 1993 and, subsequently, taking on regional responsibilities for both the North of England and Scotland before moving to the benefits consulting practice in 1997. Here I was responsible for the coordination of services to a portfolio of occupational schemes, both defined benefit and defined contribution, as well as providing technical and strategic advice to companies and trustees. I left HSBC following my marriage and a move to Northern Ireland.
