Successfully lead the Retail Channel from inception to successful implementation while concurrently managing key partnerships and Joint Ventures with respected Builders.

As the CEO I was responsible for all aspects of the business of the Largest privately owned Reverse Mortgage Originator in the Country. As CEO, lead the growth, production expansion, and relocation to larger headquarters to position the company for acquisition. The company was sold to Security One Lending and then acquired by Walters Investment Company.

Responsibile for all Retail and Wholesale Mortgage Production and the profitability of all Production Channels. Responsibile for analyzing and implementing new business units which included new Sales and Operations Centers expansion, Affinity Relationships, Strategic Relationships, Responsibile for all Internal and External Sales, Support, and Marketing activities as well as Corporate Marketing initiatives. Grew the Companies National Sales Force and Operational Support Footprint from 3 Regional locations to 13 regional locations Nationally and increased monthly production from over a $100 Million per month to over $700 Million per month at the peak.

Responsibile for the creation of over 35 Retail Mortgage Partnerships and ABA's, and the Day to Day Management and Oversight of 3 Retail Management Services Agreements Partnerships in Denver, CO, Salt Lake City, UT, and Riverside, CA. Worked directly with the Real Estate Broker / Owners on Mortgage Opportunities and Production Initiatives and was responsible for the overall profitability of the entire Western United States.

Responsibile for leading and managing the overall production, staffing, and operational support of 9 GMAC Mortgage Retail Branch Offices and Affinity relationships in Southern California and Alaska. Recognized as the #1 Territory Manager in both Production AND Profitability out of 26 in the entire Country. Recognized as a member of the Elite President's Club for 10 consecutive years.

Responsible for initiating and developing Sales Tools and Training modules for nearly 1,000 loan officers nationally. Project Manager for the Production TEAM and responsibile for the training, implementation, and utilization of laptop computers to over 800 loan officers nationally automating the origination workflow to point of sale and utilizing Fannie Mae's Desktop Underwriting Engine....a first in the industry at the time. Reported to and worked very closely with the National Production Manager and the President of the Company on critical Sales Initiatives for the Company.

Responsibile for the origination of loans for new home buyers and recruiting, training, building, and supporting a sales TEAM to originate new construction take out financing on new construction homes in Southern California. Opened up a new untapped territory in the Inland Empire of Southern California making the region one of the top producing and profitable regions in the country. Recognized as one of the Top 10 Loan Officers and Producing Managers in the country for 8 consecutive years.
