How to answer phones, transferring calls, input score sheets, print score cards, forfeit log, sportsmanship log, who gets what forms and where they go, ect. Attend all weekly supervisor and GA meetings. Program using IMLeagues at least 2 tournaments and 1 league. CPR/AED/FirstAid: Update spread sheet of all GA’s and supervisors with current certifications and when they expire. Responsible for all field markings on outdoor fields for intramural and club sports. Fields may need attention once a week. Assist sport club GA with sport club trainings, schedules and game preparations. Assist with equipment collection and check out for student groups.You will work an average of 20+ hours each week. This can be tailored to fit the requirements for you academic program. -
