He has a proven track record of growing offices through a unique combination of personal touch and using technology for office and agent growth plans. Sean is gifted at helping agents implement new lead systems into their business strategies and assisting them in capturing, converting and closing the leads as they are generated. Whether working with agents individually, in teams, or by helping new licensees get started in real estate, he assists them in evaluating their business structures and their personal skill sets and then helps them to combine the skills and systems with current real estate techniques. He and his wife, Brandy have been married since 2003 and they have three wonderful daughters who are beginning to take the world by storm.
