Born and raised in Orange County, Sean Buell has been a professional REALTOR® since 2000 and has managed real estate offices for the last five of those years. He has a proven track record of growing offices through a unique combination of personal touch and using technology for office and agent growth plans. Sean is gifted at helping agents implement new lead systems into their business strategies and assisting them in capturing, converting and closing the leads as they are generated. Whether working with agents individually, in teams, or by helping new licensees get started in real estate, he assists them in evaluating their business structures and their personal skill sets and then helps them to combine the skills and systems with current real estate techniques. The integration of intrinsic personality traits with technological acumen has been shown to tremendously boost productivity and overall professionalism in the people around him.Agents that are part of Sean’s offices are additionally benefited by his service on the Board of Directors for the California Association of REALTORS®. He is continually bringing timely information and trends that are occurring in the real estate industry so that agents are armed with the up-to-date details they need to enhance their knowledge and confidence when speaking with consumers. Sean has also served on the Board of Directors for the Pacific West Association of REALTORS® and currently represents Pacific West on the Rules Committee for CRMLS. He and his wife, Brandy have been married since 2003 and they have three wonderful daughters who are beginning to take the world by storm. Their family is also actively involved at their home church community in Brea.

Sean was appointed manager of the Brea office for Coldwell Banker Beachside in Brea, CA in November of 2012. The role of real estate sales now takes a back seat as Mr. Buell's main focus is to help the agents grow professionally and personally.

Sean's real estate business consists of an entire team of support staff and affiliates that allow Mr. Buell to spend all his time with the people that matter most... his clients.
