Managed relationships with financial advisors and institutional clients, contributing to sales and marketing efforts that expanded Longboard’s presence. Focused on identifying potential clients and supporting the sales team in closing deals. Developed and executed creative marketing strategies, including content creation and securing media appearances, to increase brand visibility. Utilized backtesting software to analyze funds and assist in crafting alternative investment allocations.

Filled full-time positions in hospitals, hotels, and event work for Phoenix Suns and Diamondbacks games. I oversaw the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding and training new hires. I also developed strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.

I worked as an office assistant for the business operations office within the School of Civil and Economic Thought and Leadership. Within this role I was tasked with justifying and tallying expenses within the department, as well as helping professors and my superiors with various projects.

I worked for my father, Nigel Burns for over 3 years as a law clerk. My first year consisted of case filing and answering phone calls. However, in February of 2019, I fully transitioned into my role as the law clerk in charge of the firm's personal injury cases.

I spent nearly one year as a residential construction worker where I was tasked with the assistance in renovating three different homes. By the time I left, I was responsible for painting, sink and ceiling fan installations and demolitions. My role was in charge of daily site clean up from the beginning. I took pride in this position because an organized and safe workplace is a top priority in the construction industry.
