● Editor-in-chief and designer of the CRWS News, a quarterly newsletter read by hundreds of labour activists and researchers. ● Co-managed Restructuring Work and Labour in the New Economy (www.yorku.ca/crws/ine), a three-year, SSHRC-funded program which studies the impact of the new economy on working Canadians and local communities. ● Contributed to public dissemination project named On Par, highlighting the results of Restructuring Work and Labour in the New Economy. Edited working papers and proofread articles for Just Labour, the journal of the CRWS.

● Co-managed major volunteer program, named Volunteer Youth in the Millennium, helping hundreds of at-risk youth to find work with charitable organizations in their local communities.● Wrote grant applications for various projects managed by OAYEC, including a skilled trades working group and a not-for-profit board of directors development program.
