Board Executive for World of Video and Audio, a startup Audio, Visual, Event, Lighting, and Post Production Company in charge of 35 technicians planning logistics and building events for a large variety of high end cliental such as The Beverly Hills Hotel, The Mondrian on Sunset, The Sunset Marquee, Mr. C Hotel, Montage, Ferrari of Beverly Hills, Spago, Bouchon Bistro, Elton John, Michael Douglas, Wolfgang Puck, and Houston Hospitality.Executive duties include:- Head of Human Resources: Processing all new hires, incoming resumes, conducting multi -stage interviews, implementing disciplinary actions, employee SOP’s, and collecting and submitting Technician work hours and mileage to Accounts Payable.- Head of Inside Sales: Building full sales deck proposals, sales templates, all incoming rental submissions, drafting outgoing quotes, incoming chat sales, intro marketing pitches, pipeline building, site visits and walk throughs, full event design, follow ups, budget negotiations, and itemized customer pricing.- Administrative: Organizing and implementing weekly Board Meetings, vendor, sales, and marketing spreadsheets, proof reading and editing all out going correspondence, Facilities management, Marketing campaigns, website and branding consulting, social media management, processing payments, inside customer service via phone and Zendesk Chat, Closing out monthly payments, overall client management.- Technical: Onsite Technician for exclusive high end events, troubleshooting Audio / Visual builds, Abobe Illustrator virtual site building, outside vendor relations, Event Coordinator Point of contact, Technician Scheduling and logistics, individual performance evaluations, inventory control processing.

Stage Manager for the one of the longest running shows at the park. In charge of talent/crew management, show resets, show calls, complex scheduling, Union rules, and daily show communications with Entertainment headquarters

In addition to meeting/coordinating client’s needs additional roles filled by being the in house audio, lighting, and visual technician running a full spectrum PA, pro level lighting grid, and conference video/presentation.
