Sean’s business career includes serving as managing director for Lintas Maclaren Advertising where he was responsible for the launch of ten national brands in diverse industry sectors. While at the agency, Sean co-founded the sports marketing division, managing such professional sport properties and client merchandising as: Hockey-Night-in-Canada, Championship Auto Racing Teams (Indy car racing), Professional Golf Association (PGA). Following that, Sean was the International Director of Advertising and Promotion for an airline, where he was responsible for the airline’s global positioning and advertising programs in 32 cities on five continents. Just prior to beginning his work in the leadership coaching/ development field, Sean was founding partner and President of an event marketing company, where he created and managed international professional sports, and entertainment events including: The Canadian Airlines Invitational at Glen Abbey (professional golf), Le Cirque du Soleil, Montreal Jazz Festival, and British Columbia Tourism and Canadian Airlines global properties/ sponsorships. Most of his management experience at LH Inc. involved creation of joint venture partnerships, sensitive negotiation and relationship development with celebrity athletes, business leaders, corporate partners and executives in the sports and cultural arena
