Venture at Harvard iLab. Building AI tools to help businesses be more intentional and make better informed strategic decisions.

Built an AI app each week for 10 weeks with LLMs, text-to-voice, voice-to-text and image generation algorithms. Apps included children's story generator, group spotify playlist creator, personal "board of directors" for decision making and more.

Designed and implemented strategic technology projects focused on the client side of a $24B investment manager. Managed data integrations, client reporting and CRM, and supervised and mentored client onboarding team. Carried out analysis to support marketing and business development, including churn prediction and market segmentation.

Managed membership communications and developed strategy resulting in membership growth of 60%.

Designed and delivered mega-projects across western Canada, from the $16B Site C Dam in Northern BC, to the $1.4B South West Calgary Ring Road, to the $1B “Seaside” village of high-rises in Richmond, BC. Alongside this, routinely did on-site emergency landslide repair, working with municipalities to build flood protection works, and with various agencies to design parks.Won 2017 EGBC Environmental Award for the rehabilitation of Mark Creek in Kimberly, BC, and ACEC-BC Award of Merit for Natural Resources and Habitat for the Surrey Bend Park wetland enhancement project.Carried out geotechnical design for these projects, where my personal focus was towards using data-based statistical procedures in design, rather than the traditional deterministic design processes. The success of these projects meant a quick rise to the level of project manager supervising teams of engineers, technicians and contractors. In that role, also worked more closely with clients, which gave a better overall view of the industry, leading to a focus on project risk, business development, and strategic positioning within the industry, where data-based methods yielded large benefits.
