Field Application Engineer
CurrentResponsibility includes understanding and explaining all Waverelay networking products and desigs, negotiating technical specifications with customers and propose appropriate solutions.Demonstrate and preparation of demo systems to showcase current and new technologies.Understand and analyze customer application requirements, co-work with R&D team to prepare the customized solution(networking,mechanical/hardware/fw) with required networking feature.To review and suggest optimal configurations for the customer device to deploy company’s adhoc network solution. Recommend optimized design solutions for customers.Working with customer to finalize and validate the performance of final solutions, log data and analysis or relay feedback to companies headquarter. Co-work with R&D engineer to satisfy customer’s product level performance and reliability test.Trouble shooting in system level.Technical support for new business development activities. Supporting all field operations, which includes providing on and off-site customer support services, adaptive customer trainings, and building relationships with prospective clients by working with the most sophisticated customers in the wireless communications industry, including 3-letter government agencies, federal and local law enforcement, mainstream media outlets and international commercial companies.
