In this role I managed Radiology applications and their related servers, interfaces, modalities, and SQL reports. While in this position I received professional training in Powerscribe 360 and Fuji Synapse PACS. Within 6 months of starting the position, my entire team had rolled over and I had been looked at as the senior analyst. I often worked closely with both clinical and technical staff. I handled a multitude of time sensitive issues and projects, as well as executed them my best capability. In this role I managed office applications, hardware maintenance, site wide hardware refreshes, office moves, and a hospital go-live. I was involved with the removal of hardware from an closing location, role out of hardware, and go-live at the new location, Einstein Medical Center Montgomery. I deployed, troubleshot, and bettered workflows among the department. I made connections with many users across the network, and worked to maintain the professional image of the IT department.
