One of my most meaningful choices I made was I walked over to a stranger who was a foreigner and struck up a conversation when I was 12 - which became an vital turning point in breaking through my introverted and shy personality. Something compelled me to step out of my comfort zone to engage with people. Subsequently, I actively connected with more individuals from diverse nationalities like France, Italy, US, England, etc., gradually nurturing my passion for cross-cultural exchange.With such interest, I joined Shenzhen Metropolis Daily(SMD) as a reporter trainee, focusing on interviewing foreigners traveling in Shenzhen. But I soon realized that a life full of interviews and articles wasn't what I expected. Innovation and challenge of business realm are always my driving force; I made up my mind to be a wave in the sea of business and I left.This decision led me to choose the major of int'l economics & trade in college. During that time, I also acquired practical skill like design, and once held the position of an international sales assistant at a technology company, where I closed an order for up to $2 million in sales with a company from Qatar with my colleagues.After leaving that company, I set my sight on the footwear industry. From my young age, I started to do part-time job in a shoe factory learning from a designer, with extensive knowledge of designing and making shoes deep ingrained my mind. I co-found Shengding shoes and served as the business development representative(BDR).I firmly believe in integrity, innovation and quality. We keep conveying this belief to our partners by our products, and it's been winning their repurchases over and over.We're a great and brilliant team of researchers, designers, workers, salesmen and quality controllers that pass on our belief and persistence through the whole production chain. It's the unity of the team that makes us the difference.We mass produce women's shoes for mid to high-end Europe and America's brands, from young girls to working women that are the ultimate customers of our shoes, nearly 1 million pairs supplied annually.We create both new and trendy designs for our corporate partners with implementing our design philosophy - Distinctive, Textured, Detail-oriented. And we are proud that they're been already on the shelves at DAPHNE, ONLY, REISS and EVEN&ODD, etc..
