Sean is in his 16th year associated with the Holiday Bowl and Poinsettia Bowl. In 1999, Sean was joined the game as a volunteer worker. Over a six year period, he worked on many of the operational aspects of the bowl up to and during game day. Some of his duties included, VIP chauffer (including President Larry Blumberg); hospitality set-up and tear-down (including blood sweat and tears due to lift gate injury); pregame and halftime operations; and errand boy (any and all items needed to make certain the festivities proceeded).In 2006, Sean joined the committee. Initially, Sean continued his efforts as an operational worker for the Holiday Bowl. Later, he began working on other projects. He served on the Executive Committee for the newly established Poinsettia Bowl. Sean helped to develop the team host committee and was among the first to serve as a team host. He has served on the Hospitality Committee and has been a hospitality host for the last three years (for both games). Sean recently served as Chairman of the Hospitality Committee. Currently, Sean recently served as Chairman of the San Diego Bowl Game Association Committee and is now on the Board of Directors.During the late 80’s and early 90’s, while working at Sea World, made arrangements for the team days at SeaWorld.
