I am a technology leader with a unique mix of experience spanning architecture, strategy, IT delivery and governance that is underpinned by deep technical expertise and comprehensive analytical and strategic abilities. I’ve had much success delivering innovative technology-oriented solutions to complex business problems through sizeable projects as well as building and leading collaborative partnerships often with demanding and competing priorities and differing focus across multiple business areas. I have a strong specialism in high performance, low latency, highly available and realtime native Linux systems across the full lifecycle from requirements through development and onto production and long term support. I’m passionate about technology and spend much of my time sharing developments in technology with friends, colleagues and evangelising to anyone who will listen and believe engineering leaders need to have a solid background and current interest in technology in order to maintain their credibility as a leader.
