Celestica is a Canadian owned semi-conductor manufacturer that had its Aerospace division in crisis mode due to numerous failed internal audits. Was brought on as a contract analyst and converted to an FTE managing the Application department within 4 months. Responsibilities included: managing internal development and business analyst teams as well as external development resources; leading and coaching a team, overseeing the reimplementation of current Infor Syteline ERP solution; selecting new business applications; creating and managing implementation plans; yearly budget management of $2M as well as vendor management and negotiations.

Lifeport is a manufacturer of air medical products and high end seats and tables for the private aircraft market. The company was experiencing 30% annual growth year over year and needed help setting up the application infrastructure needed to maintain the growth. Managing 6 direct reports in this newly defined role in the start-up organization, my team was responsible for all business application selection, process automation and improvements throughout all 5 sites across the US. In addition I was also responsible for the setup of back office applications for any new manufacturing site that was added to the organization.

Managed complete organizational technology business applications and infrastructure. Facilitated corporate growth from $2 million to $8 million, decreased lead time by 30%, and reduced job runs without increasing staff count. Achieved by creating and implementing new programs to effectively interface with ERP system and meet LEAN standards.
