Exscape Designs is a landscape design firm serving clients throughout Northeast Ohio. As the Financial Controller I was responsible for all financial aspects of the company. This includes preparing the annual budget, monthly revenue forecast reports, developing specific metrics to help assist the owner in understanding the needs and health of the business. As part of my role I was responsible for certain operational aspects of the business. I also established additional financial controls within the organization.
