Moved from Connector team to Core team in order to test a major application upgrade which combined all TIBCO Cloud integration products into a single platform. Learned company specific products, features and testing tools and became proficient with them within 90 days of initial hire.

Designed, created, maintained and executed manual test cases. Worked with offshore teams to establish thorough automated regression and client deployment suite.

Reviewed and provided feedback on SOW’s and Functional specifications. Worked intimately with Strategists, Project Managers and Engineers to ensure thorough test coverage.

Provided weekly staff / department updates to the CEO. Led a QA Team of 5 employees by actively training, mentoring and empowering.
