I am an Operations Manager at Temecula Precision Fabrication, Inc., a company that machines quality parts for the Aerospace, Medical, and Oil & Gas industries. I graduated from Arizona State University in 2018 with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and since then, I have found my passion in the machining industry and the Aerospace sector.My core competencies include AS9100, ISO 9001, and ITAR compliance, as well as auditing, project management, supply chain logistics, and purchasing. I oversee the quality management system and the business operations, ensuring customer focus and contract requirements are met. I also execute RFI's and RFQ's, assist in buying raw materials and outside processing, and manage IT and cybersecurity. I have successfully led internal and external audits for certification, and trained personnel to understand and implement the AS9100 standard. I am motivated by driving operational excellence and continuous improvement, and I value teamwork, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
