A unique combination of people skills, technical knowledge and problem-solving prowess, Sean Croghan is the owner and driving force behind XAG Solutions. From a young age, Sean was always interested in the mechanics of how things worked, and in the early 1990’s, translated that into a successful career in information technology. He was an early adopter of Apple technology, and when a niche opened up in Portland for a company to support Mac business users, Sean joined on the ground floor.This early experience gave him invaluable familiarity with management, operations, client relations and of course, in technical support. Several years ago, he gathered the knowledge and skills he’d developed, and used them to start XAG Solutions. During the interim, he’s gathered together a group of focused problem solvers that have enabled the company to grow and expand.In his spare time, Sean likes to stay busy, and enjoys travel, white water rafting and photography. The latter is also an important creative outlet as well as successful business venture. He especially enjoys wedding photography and over the years, Sean has photographed more than 350 weddings.
