Planned and executed migration of company’s software technology (while servicing 7 million users) from procedural “stove pipe deluxe” VB code to scalable n-tiered architecture, including database normalization/optimization. Used C# (.Net 3.5) and SQL Server 2003, including various bug tracking and source control tools. Managed a team of 6 .Net engineers and 2 SQL Server database administrators.
