Prior to assuming the role of CEO, my tenure at Smith + Howard afforded me the opportunity to work with everyone in the firm – whether on client engagements, professional development and mentoring, community service or firm activities. I am excited to lead our family of companies as we pursue our bold vision for 2030 that includes our clients, our people and our communities.I have spent my career serving for-profit and nonprofit businesses and their executives, both as a CPA and as an advisor. While I continue to provide business insights to clients at pivotal points in their business lifecycle, my background is serving me well in a new capacity: that of a driver of growth and expansion for our own business. We are on a quest to continuously explore and launch new services to better serve our clients as well as to become a nationally recognized brand. I’m excited to work with our leaders to drive that process. For our people, I am focused on ensuring Smith + Howard continues to be a firm where people are excited to work and develop careers, where they are proud of our brand, and where they consider themselves an integral and valued member of our great organization.
