As a complex Process Plant and Power Station Operations professional with management and leadership capability, I have led a teams of up to 22 to supply customers with a reliable and efficient service.Instrumental in people development and leadership capabilities to ensure an efficient workforce, planning and prioritising skills to maintain operational efficiencies, utilising problem solving skills to address issues promptly and efficiently and ability to identify and control safety risks to ensure zero lost time injury. Having worked across multiple roles within an operations environment, I have extensive experience managing and operating within a multi- process operations team to provide power, Gaseous oxygen, compressed air and process air to a range of customers. My passion lies in leading and working within a small team of skilled operations personnel to deliver a safe and efficient product, as well coaching and developing their skills and knowledge.
