• Coordinated the allocation of personnel and equipment resources for multiple concurrent projects throughout Latin America.
• Supervised and audited CQA teams for compliance with internal company standards, project technical specifications and ASTM testing protocols.
• Successfully led the development of proposals for CQA projects and geomembrane plant audits in coordination with multiple departments, offices and sub-contractors;

• Led and supervised CQA teams for earthworks, geosynthetics, concrete and asphalt on major construction projects, including leach pads, dams and mining infrastructure.
