Senior Associate Ii
Current- Provide the team with direction while playing a key role in execution of audit procedures from planning to wrap-up.- Develop audit project strategies to identify risks to ensure that the assignment quality standards are met.- Prepare clients' financial reports, including financial statements and footnotes as well as other client deliverables.- Manage engagement staff to meet deliverable deadlines; identify roadblocks, and respond in a strategic and timely manner; and meet critical milestones to exceed client service expectations.- Perform a detailed effective in-charge review of the team's work. - Provide quality on the job training and constructive feedback to the engagement team, including Staff and Interns.- Build an understand of the client's business, strategy, culture, and internal control environment; including internal and external factors & risks that the client may face; and anticipate potential issues that the client and/or the audit team may face, then discuss and communicate innovative solutions.- Apply knowledge of GAAS and GAAP during engagements; utilize technical skills while following the Firm's best practices as well as identifying areas to improve the Firm's processes.- Research complex accounting topics and pronouncements utilizing the Firm's research tools and resources.
