Lee Warren Construction is a boutique general contractor located in Lake Tahoe, CA who specializes in high-end residential construction and renovation. In addition to identifying and building new relationships, I worked closely with qualified clients, architects, designers and authorities having jurisdiction. In this capacity, I planned, developed and managed all aspects of the design and development processes and execution of work.

Intrawest Corporation was recognized as the leading developer of premium resort property in North America.As Construction Manager, I simultaneously managed over 24 commercial construction projects valued at $17M. Concurrently, I optimized the resort’s retail and commercial master plan to maximize the guest experience while driving corporate revenues. I was able to increase project profits by $8M through the proactive amendment of the Conditional Use Permit. This was the first CUP amended in the Lake Tahoe basin under the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency (TRPA). I led the Commercial Design Review Program for the $170M mixed-use project which encompassed 750,000 square feet. The program defined the leasing strategy and execution for over 100,000 square feet of high profile commercial real estate. It also created the operational plan for the development, including site design, construction integration, AHJ coordination and Use Permit compliance.Additionally, I conceived, crafted and finalized the Master Signage Program for the development which identified the qualitative and quantitive elements for directional, informational, and commercial signage. My concept was later adopted by the Placer County Building Department as the benchmark for future CUP applications in the Lake Tahoe region.

Nickson Industries, Inc. is the largest privately owned-and-operated prime manufacturer of exhaust-related automotive hardware in North America. As Product Manager, I implemented a national product release campaign to capitalize on underperforming and emerging market segments. Working closely with the internal and external sales team, I optimized communication channels and devised customer feedback methodologies. Concurrent with my sales department work, I identified operational inefficiencies and piloted an inventory management restructuring initiative which enabled product customization and just-in-time manufacturing processes.
