I started my career as a hands-on scientist, transitioning to product development and management, which resulted in leading the full commercial side of the business and eventually leading whole companies. The bulk of my career has been in the manufacturing sector selling B2B.  With more than 25 years of work experience in a variety of industries, in companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100, I bring an organization-wide approach to most situations.
