I am currently involved in the development of market remuneration studies. Tasks include all of the steps from data pre-check and input to the analysis and validation of client remuneration data and production of final market reports. In addition, I maintain frequent contacts with internal (i.e. Consultants) and external clients to ensure data and service quality and customer satisfaction. I work as part of a team and interact with other consultants, local offices and agents in order to perform custom projects and market research.Part of my role is to cater to the needs of the clients in my portfolio, ranging from simple consulting to developing bespoke surveys to capture specific market data.Extensive experience with the High Tech and Eastern European markets in addition to a continually growing expertise in the SSO sector in EMEA.I also conduct HR conferences around the CEEMEA region.

I host a weekly radio show on Alpha Radio.Thursdays 7-8pm GMT (8-9pm CET)The music that I play on my shows ranges from minimal techno, to breakbeat, progressive, oldskool, dnb, UK hardcore and hardcore breaks.

My role is to analyse compensation data from major multinationals, correct any issues and present the findings into a user-friendly report. This report focuses on all the top management employees in said multinational companies.

I started off at Towers Watson in the Customer Services Department where I was involved in numerous activities. Contacting existing clients, as well as prospective clients, updating databases and handling daily tasks to name but a few.

My tasks included selling insurances, loans and accounts as well as giving financial advice to my clients. As a result of my career at ING, my client relations skills have improved, in addition to having highly-developed sales skills.
