About Sean Sharkey Diaz

My time as an office administrator has taught me to anticipate needs, multitask a variety of projects at once, while maintaining professionalism with people on the phone, in email, or in person. I work well in challenging environments. Most of the positions I’ve held have been working with the public and needing to efficiently juggle several tasks at once. I've found that the key to any good business relationship is connection and anticipating the needs of both colleagues and clients alike.As an office administrator I utilized SAP, which includes accounting functions, to create invoices, send open statements, create new accounts, and more. I had no prior experience with SAP before this position, but I was able to quickly learn the program to implement my job duties.Coming from a mostly customer service/retail-oriented background, I was able to transfer similar skills to an administrative role, multitasking and communication among them. These skills also aided in helping me to quickly adapt to the demands of the position. I supported my team last year in transitioning warehouses across states. I maintained open communication with our clients throughout and gladly assisted my colleagues in areas outside of my typical duties. I drew upon my people skills to help assuage any concerns in shipment delays and kept a running log of pending requests. I have a passion for helping others and a background that shows my commitment to quality customer service.
