Avco was acquired by the Associates in Texas and I then joined the Capital Group for a one year consulting project. Then I started a career in recruiting with Robert Half and then First Option. After 10 years in recruiting I joined Kensington Electronics a distributor of electronic components as an Inside Sales Associate. After just over 2 years, I was promoted to Sales Manager. In January 2014 was promoted to the National Sales Manager and then in 2016 was promoted to my current role Director of Sales & Operations
