About Sean D Paul, Mba

A mature, goals-oriented individual who understands how a single customer’s experience, from conception to perception, influences the marketplace and the relationship patrons have with their service/product provider. Creating a positive customer experience has been the foundation to my approach of the marketing and management functions as an internal service provider. This paradigm has allowed me to achieve past performance goals, and overcome obstacles. One of my many interests, personally and professionally, is film and television. While I enjoy being entertained by the medium, I have been influenced by Walt Disney's work; especially his views involving the customer experience. An innovative animator and successful business leader, Walt Disney built his empire with concern for his audience and entertaining the masses. When building Disneyland and Walt Disney World, he called on his Imagineers to create family-focused environments encased in the values for safety, courtesy, show, efficiency and inclusion. I personally respect these standards to reflect the customer experience, applicable at all levels of any business.Additionally, from an early age I have had a passion for all things automotive. This fascination has fueled a decades old hobby that has included everything from general maintenance to restoration work and even racing. Incidentally, I discovered many of these skills were transferable and have contributed to a successful career in the Technology sector. For the better part of two decades, I enjoyed troubleshooting issues for desktop and mobile computers, then later, a leading cellular network. The latter having a strong focus on ethernet connectivity utilizing the OSI model. I eventually went on to Project Management with a focus on delivering ethernet service projects to an advancing network of cell towers.
