I led the talent and resourcing aspects of a business transformation and target operating model project to win a £1.5bn contract for availability contracting. I built a ten-year workforce plan to identify, attract and deliver new people capabilities in supply chain, engineering maintenance and partnered working, tackling critical talent and ageing demographic risks.I designed, built and implemented a new employee value proposition to embed the people aspects of the target operating model.
