Destination Tomorrow is bringing PRIDE back to the Bronx by providing services and programs for and by members of the LGBTQ community. We currently offer a job readiness program, financial literacy in partnership with TD Bank, GED prep as well as medical/mental health referrals to competent LGBTQ affirming Bronx based medical providers. We are the "Little agency that could" ensuring no LGBTQ Bronx resident has to leave their neighborhood in order to receive quality services.

Managed HIV prevention programming for YMSM who reside or frequent the South Bronx and surrounding areas. Provided day to day supervision for drop in program while managing a staff of six employees. Managed Multiple federal and state contracts with a focus on meeting and surpassing contract deliverables.

Sean began as Program Manager for a study designed to gage African American MSM’s attitudes, behaviors and beliefs around drugs in particular Crystal Meth. This study, sponsored by New York City Communities of Color was called Safer Partying Outreach Team (SPOT) and was the catalyst in securing addition funds from the AIDS Institute. Recognizing that HIV prevention had to go beyond condom distribution & testing Sean became an advocate for adequate, safe housing among LGBT youth 14 – 24. He went on to become the Director of Programs at BCPC where he managed Operation Home Base a drop in program for Homeless & Runaway youth and ran The Spot Next Door an afterschool program. It was here that he began implementing programs designed especially for the House/Ballroom community. One of these ventures was Ballroom 101 a joint effort with FACES NY in which both agencies set out to teach the rich ballroom history to the younger generation of ball walkers.
