I created this company to deliver cross platform mobile applications to my local area. Since then it has evolved from a simple coffee and IT company to something much more. Below are some of the things I have created as CEO of this company.• I architected from the ground up a 30+ screen faith based social networking platform for web, Windows Phone, iOS and Android. This platform is called gfaith and delivers a safe and censorship free place to express beliefs as well as discuss topics of interest. This is done through a posting style activity feed, an events system, and discussion boards. Features include push notifications, geo-located posts/events, image/video support, like/thumbs up system, comments system, and full user profile support. • I did some work on a cross platform encryption based chat and video type application. I primarily maintained the iOS application through bug fixes and new features. This application allowed users to securely communicate through chat, images, files, video, and audio over the internet using a very high level encryption algorithm. • I created a cross platform mobile application for Happy Feet International which displayed product information in an Android and iOS application by pulling data from there existing Wordpress website. • I architected a cross-platform Mobile Application for the Leon County Government to help facilitate better communication of emergency, utility, and general information to the county populous. This was done by using push notifications on iOS and Android to deliver up to date information to users in real time about current events in Leon County. • I helped maintain and create, as part of a team, new features using Xamarin iOS in a fitness based embedded application for exercise equipment.• I created an iPad app for use in a Martial Arts Studio to track student progress and attendance. This included creating and deploying a backend to support time in and time out as well as classes being offered.

I was a programmer in a 5 man team where we Utilize a Mixture of Scrum and Agile development methodologies to Rebuild, from scratch, a Phone Gap Version of our CRM into a native Xamarin based cross-platform Mobile Application.My goal oriented performance, problem solving approaches, and leadership of the development team led to my selection as the overall Team Leader midway through the project.As Team Lead I used my interpersonal skills to organize, motivate, and collaborate with four other associates to complete and deploy a 28+ page Android and iPhone application in less than 4 months. This application (Elead1One Sales) delivers a solid customer experience while reaching over 30,000 users/month.While developing this application I architected an Xamarin based framework which can be used to rapidly develop and release applications using a module based architecture which utilizes design patterns like MVVM, Inversion of Control via Dependency Injection, Domain Driven Design, Services Layer Abstractions, and Data Binding. This allowed me to create a very robust and modular system for developing and deploying cross platform applications with over 95%+ code reuse across iOS, and Android with the potential of incorporating Windows Phone.I also maintained in native code 70+ applications that reach 100,000+ users a day in both iOS and Android. I increased end user performance of these applications by 87% on both iOS and Android by utilizing core programming concepts involving my sound understanding of memory allocation and arrays.

This company was originally started out of the need for a coffee based operation that I ran out of my house. This changed fairly rapidly though as my freelance work outpaced my coffee operation. The name still, oddly enough, fits a IT and Technology company so it has now been adopted to much more then just coffee. These jobs can be from my programming freelance work, to tutoring middle school/high school kids in programming, to building computers for people, and even computer repair/troublshooting. I have mainly been getting business from local people and word of month. This is quickly changing as I explore the world of online free lancing. This company turned into the company called Bob-Alliance LLC which I now run as CEO.

10/1/2014 – Present (Part Time)I designed, developed, and deployed 3 location-based mobile applications (Soulodex, Expat, Latino Connect) that connect 1,000’s of users with minority owned businesses across the nation. Completion of this project resulted in a mobile application platform for deploying fully functional applications in less than a month. Such a platform and application development process would otherwise take 7 personnel 792 person days, saving the company an estimated $315,000 for each application release.A key application component to this project was the creation and sustainment of a national NoSQL database of geo-located African-American owned businesses for use across multiple platforms and applications.I still work part time for this company doing AI, VR, and robotics programming.
