Current• Makes proposals on procedural and policy changes and partners with employees and management to communicate various human resource policies, procedures, and standards, and other government regulations.• Develops, implements and manages assigned HR Projects.• Serves as a technical point-of-contact for the Onboarding process.• Assists in the development and implementation of process improvements regarding our Human Capital Management system and internal HR processes.• Maintains and manages all Human Capital Management user manuals and internal process documents involving the Onboarding process.• Monitors and completes quality checks via auditing internal team processes.• Develops and runs standard and custom reports applicable to HR Shared Services’ processes daily.• Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to leadership.
