My team provided deep subject matter expertise and consultation to the hiring leaders in these five divisions so that an effective strategy is defined and executed resulting in quality, diverse hires for our divisions. Prior to leading this team at Vanguard, I served as Director of Recruiting for the Christiana Care Health System in Wilmington, Delaware for sixteen years. That team provided recruiting service across the entire health system for all levels of talent from executive to entry level in acute, long term care and home care. My career in human resources began in the U.S. Army during the last three years of my total of nine years of active duty service as a medical service corps officer.
