Performance of a 1kW prototype was evaluated in an environmental control test room.Pioneered new experimental methodology for discovering magnetic materials using the thin film combinatorial method and showed reproducibility of experiments between Maryland and Germany.Renovated, managed, & maintained lab space including magnetometers, optical microscopy, and 4 sputtering chambers. Mentored 5 undergraduates for independent work with sputtering equipment and magnetic characterization.
