CurrentI-worx is a premium Hosted Service Provider focused on providing our Cloud offering,OfficeOneLive® virtualized published desktops, to clients. OfficeOneLive® clients havethe benefits of powerful PC’s on desks however hosted in a data centre.Roles and Responsibilities:• Resolving issues involved with administering and maintaining corporate infrastructure, including network connectivity, Internet access, email, corporate WANs, etc.• Assist in supporting corporate applications; internal corporate servers, user desktops, etc.• Assist with basic troubleshooting, backup, and archiving.• Install and improve computer software and network equipment.• Set up and maintain computers and software for I-Worx’s SLA clients.• Create network and email accounts for new users.• Visit client offices for on-site problem troubleshooting. • Set up computers for new users and ensures delivery of equipment to users in different locations if necessary.• Update company email address books.• Answer all trouble calls/emails and enter work orders into I-Worx tracking software.• Interact with clients to resolve entry level and advanced level help desk issues.• Communicate with clients in a professional manner maintaining confidentiality.• Provide responses and updates of issues to clients in a timely manner.• Troubleshoot technical problems by analyzing the problem and applying I-Worx methodology to resolve the problem promptly and cost-effectively• Follow I-Worx procedures to deliver services in an organized, effective manner to ensure clients perceive I-Worx to be thorough, well-prepared and punctual• Technical excellence in service delivery to maximize client satisfaction.• Thoroughly document problems and steps to resolve them to maximize transfer of knowledge.• Give recommendations in purchasing of software, hardware and other IT supplies for clients.
