Works cross functionally, acting as the central point to align strategies with all internal departments and lead process to achieve initiatives. Leads the Transformation of the Out of Home/Food service division. Developing both foundational business enhancements, structure, process/procedure, and strategic vision to align with divisional aspirations. Lead U.S/CDN cross functions, developing synergies through efficiency alignment to maximize effectiveness of N.A strategy and vision.
