Accomplishments:In an effort to win a public water authority infrastructure project ($1.5M), performed a detailed budget analysis on multiple work approaches, and ultimately developed an alternative work approach. This alternative work approach resulted in the firm winning the project.Managed an educational facility interior demolition and laboratory fit out project ($0.6M), which included developing the scope-of-work, budget, proposal, and schedule.
