Product Manager for ESCRYPT's Vehicle to Everything, V2X, communication security portfolio. Project managed a number of proof of concept Security Credentials Management Systems, SCMS, and V2X projects in the U.S. and Canada. Prioritized feature requests, supported the sales team and managed trade show events. Two key projects are described below.Made key contributions to the RFP response to Transport Canada for their two year SCMS Consultation. Wrote a two year project plan for the $1.3MM proposal resulting in a win, and later led the implementation team.Coordinated with Bosch to demonstrate V2X technology in both live vehicle demonstrations and on street installations. Managed the rapid development and deployments of ESCRYPT's solutions at the Plymouth, MI Bosch facility, live test track in Flat Rock, MI, and on street installation in Detroit, MI. These demonstrations generated a popular industry response and news coverage.

• Managed product road map, and project management activities for key accounts and strategic sales opportunities for industrial video monitoring product lines.• Launched key explosion proof, IP and thermal camera products. • Responsible for Ethernet switch and industrial meter product portfolios.• Created system level solutions through product development with OEM product vendors. GE was able to offer a differentiated and better overall solution than its individual suppliers.• Developed and executed a product launch plan that quickly modernized the industrial meter and Ethernet switch portfolio. This resulted in 6 industrial meters and 3 industrial switches being released in two years. This effort resulted in a $1MM improvement in annual revenues.

• Responsible for Ethernet switch and router portfolios.• Developed and presented to the executive team, a detailed 60 page competitive pricing analysis for the new flagship line of Ethernet switches and routers.• Managed all new product feature requests. Over 50% of requests were implemented which resulted in high customer satisfaction and $3-$5MM in incremental sales.

Developed and designed an integrated provisioning system for Shaw Communications using Liberate’s Service Broker product. This involved developing customized workflows and adapters for the client to enable them to provision IP and Modem services for their end customers.
