I work as part of the Quality team within the college to assist individuals and departments to take on a range of different jobs, and offer support to help them develop and improve through plans, training and exercise within the Quality Unit. I provided support to the Director of Quality and the management team, receiving and communicating complex information from a wide range of internal and external sources. While assisting the Director of Quality I have had the opportunity to organise events of all types, I have experience of coordinating interviews, producing evidence logs and preparing outcome documents. My responsibilities continue including payroll, completion of Audits, ordering of supplies, booking travel and accommodation, arranging training and booking attendees on courses, maintenance of the premises, scoping Documents, and any other duty requested by my manager and team. Furthermore I also helped maintaining databases across my department.
